"DATE: 03-30-06 Appearance: Deep ruby with very slight browning at the rim.
Nose: Rich nose cherry, plum, cedar and spicy oak.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, heavyweight. Big plummy fruit with spicy oak, rich ripe tannins. Rich midpalate and nice mourthfeel. Long clean finish eventually showing dusty tannins. Not yet integrated.
Conclusions: Another great Merlot from a great vintage (also try the CEV Merlot. Really needs another 3 years to integrate and will hold for at least ten. The most developed of the three Signature wines, and will be the first to fully mature." lfw
