This has to improve the morale of the vast majority of ordinary LCBO employees who never did or would accept "Nominal" gifts from anybody. And those who did accept "Gifts" should feel shame for the rest of their days. It still interests me that the Canadian Revenue Agency and the Ontario Ombudsman's Office both refused to discuss any of this with me. Please look at
