"DATE: 04-18-07 Appearance: Light cranberry.
Nose: Cranberry and spices, citrus notes.
Palate: Medium dry with fresh acidity, midweight. Much drier than the (9) sugar code indicates due to the acidity and bitterness of real cranberry. Fruit follows the nose, nice spicy/mineral character midpalate, light tannins show on the slightly bitter finish (just as it should be).
Conclusions: Good cranberry wine that would work with some reasonably hot and spicy foods, and is right for cranberry lovers by itself." lfw
