"DATE: 03-23-07 Appearance: Ruby with some browning.
Nose: Light clean aromatics show cherry, plum, light oak and a general soft character.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Palate closely follows the nose, except that it is generally bigger and more flavourful than expected. Softness on the long finish.
Conclusions: Modern style (but not sweet) cab merlot at a good price for general usage. Not for long keeping (drink by 2009). " lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"A medium-bodied wine loaded with flavours of black cherries and berries. Leather and spice notes create a perfect balance in this well structured wine.

Food Pairings: Grilled meats and vegetables or Italian style pastas.

Drink or Hold: Can be enjoyed now, but may be matured by further cellaring, depending on individual preference. Ageability: 3-5 years."
