"DATE: 03-23-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Rich gewurz nose of lychee, rose petals, citrus (apricot) fruit and apple/pear as well.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose through a softish midpalate to a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Food gewurz would be very versatile at the table, and in two years will develop sufficient character to stand alone. Tastes pretty good right now! Drink by 2011." lfw
