"DATE: 03-23-07 Appearance: Light gold/green.
Nose: Lychee, rose petals, pineapple/mango, flowers and spices.
Palate: Off-dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Not quite sweet enough to be considered a dessert style. Ripe fruit and intense gewurz flavours add to this wonderful late harvest experience. Great long clean finish.
Conclusions: Everything it should be except overly sweet. Nicely balanced wine that for me would be best served by itself." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Intense ripe pear and lychee nut aromas are characteristic of this grape varietal. The late picking of these grapes provides a natural sweetness to the wine that is balanced with good acidity.

Food Pairings: Fruit fondue, cream cheeses and sweet and sour ribs.

Drink or Hold: Can be enjoyed now, but may be matured by further cellaring, depending on individual preference."
